The Head of Transformation plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company’s transformation agenda. The position leads enterprise-wide initiatives designed to enhance operational efficiency, process excellence, and organizational performance, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. Job Role & Key Responsibilities Lead the development and delivery of transformation programs, frameworks, and tools to drive business efficiency and continuous improvement. Manage the planning, monitoring, and assessment of transformation performance to ensure achievement of organizational goals. Align transformation initiatives with corporate strategy, supporting the design and implementation of long-term and short-term plans. Collaborate with senior leadership, internal, and external stakeholders to drive cross-functional transformation and ensure consistent delivery outcomes. Identify opportunities for operational excellence, automation, and innovation to enhance financial and non-financial performance across divisions. Oversee process optimization and standardization by applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, ensuring adoption of best practices. Together, everything is possible Education and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance or related discipline; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum 10 years’ experience in business transformation, continuous improvement, or strategy execution within large organizations. Proven experience in leading large-scale change initiatives and managing cross-functional projects. Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (preferably Black Belt certified). Demonstrated ability to apply process mapping, workflow redesign, and performance management tools. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills with VP-level and above.
