WSP is seeking an experienced Head of Transport Planning & Mobility – Middle East to provide strategic, technical, commercial, and people leadership across the region. Based in Dubai, the role will lead and grow WSP’s transport planning, traffic engineering, and integrated mobility services across the Middle East, supporting major infrastructure, urban development, smart cities, and sustainability‑led programmes. The role will shape the regional vision for transport planning and mobility, align with WSP’s global strategy, strengthen client relationships with key public and private stakeholders, and ensure the successful delivery of complex, multidisciplinary projects across the Middle East.

Responsibilities

The role involves providing strategic and technical leadership for transport planning and mobility services across the Middle East. You will be responsible for growing the business, managing multidisciplinary teams, and delivering complex infrastructure and smart city projects.
