Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align go-to-market planning. Lead, coach, and develop regional sales leaders and teams. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred. 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in diagnostics or medical technology. Proven track record of exceeding sales and growth objectives in complex markets. Strong expertise in consultative selling and large account strategy.
