Head of US Talent Operations Location: Mohali Shift: 09:30 PM – 6:30 AM IST ROLE SUMMARY You will lead and scale the entire US recruitment function. This senior leadership role requires someone who can operate with full ownership, build high-performing teams, and deliver consistent hiring outcomes across Sales, Leadership, and Senior Management roles. You will refine processes, enforce standards, and run a disciplined, metrics-driven recruitment operation capable of both high-volume and high-quality hiring. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Talent Acquisition Leadership • Own full-cycle recruitment for US-based roles across Sales, Operations, Leadership, and specialized positions. • Build and execute recruiting strategies that generate strong candidate pipelines at scale. • Manage, mentor, and grow recruitment teams with high accountability and performance expectations. • Set weekly, monthly, and quarterly hiring targets and ensure consistent delivery. • Maintain dashboards for hiring metrics including throughput, conversions, time-to-fill, recruiter performance, and quality-of-hire. 2. Process Optimization & Systems Ownership • Refine and optimize the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle to increase speed and improve quality. • Implement structured pipelines, SLAs, and KPI frameworks across all stages of recruitment. • Ensure accurate data and proper usage of ATS systems, reporting tools, and automation solutions. • Build scorecards and standard evaluation frameworks to improve hiring consistency. • Identify skill gaps within the recruitment team and run targeted training programs. 3. Stakeholder Management • Collaborate closely with leadership to understand hiring forecasts, role requirements, and performance expectations. • Set realistic hiring timelines and communicate proactively on pipeline health and risks. • Serve as the primary point of accountability for all US hiring results and recruitment process improvements. • Partner with department heads to develop clear role briefs and strong candidate profiles. 4. High-Volume & Senior-Level Hiring • Oversee simultaneous pipelines for high-volume sales hiring and senior/executive-level searches. • Develop strategies for hard-to-fill and competitive US roles. • Implement evaluation systems that quickly filter unqualified candidates while moving strong candidates forward efficiently. 5. Team Building & Performance Culture • Build and lead a high-performing recruiting team capable of scaling with business growth. • Enforce a culture of accountability, speed, precision, and data-driven decision-making. • Maintain operational discipline across all recruitment workflows. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE • Leadership hiring across Sales, Operations, and Senior Management roles. • Experience setting up or scaling a recruitment function. • Expertise in ATS management, automation, and pipeline reporting. • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. • Minimum 8+ years of experience in US recruitment with experience in both volume and leadership hiring. • Proven experience managing and scaling recruitment teams. • Strong understanding of US hiring expectations, candidate behavior, compensation structures, and communication norms. • Ability to optimize recruitment processes and design efficient, scalable hiring systems. • Demonstrated success meeting aggressive hiring targets across multiple role types. • Strong analytical capability with experience building dashboards, reports, and KPI systems. • Full ownership of the US recruitment function. • Opportunity to build and scale a multi-team hiring engine. • High-impact visibility and direct influence on organizational growth. • Competitive compensation aligned with senior leadership expectations
