Job Description Visa is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Value‑Added Services (VAS) for the Philippines market. This leader will be responsible to drive the growth, commercialization, and client adoption of Visa’s VAS portfolio—including Issuing, Acceptance, and Risk & Identity solutions —which help businesses improve performance, strengthen security, and unlock new digital revenue streams. What You’ll Do: Lead the VAS Strategy for the Philippines: Develop and execute a country‑level VAS growth plan aligned with regional IPVMC priorities and Visa’s broader business pillars. Grow VAS Revenue & Adoption: Deliver annual VAS targets by driving commercialization of priority solutions such as Visa Acceptance Platform, loyalty capabilities, and risk & identity tools. Strengthen Client Engagement: Work closely with banks, merchants, fintechs, and acquirers to identify needs and craft VAS‑led value propositions that enhance experiences and reduce fraud. Activate Market‑Relevant Solutions: Bring to market PH‑specific VAS opportunities informed by local adoption patterns, including omnichannel acceptance, fraud prevention, and digital commerce growth. (e.g., PH merchant & acquirer engagement seen in VAS PH events) Cross‑Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Issuing, Acceptance, Risk & Identity, Product, VCA, and Marketing teams in both PH and regional hubs to ensure smooth deployment and client success. Pipeline & Execution Excellence: Build and manage a strong VAS pipeline, ensuring disciplined execution, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement. People Leadership: Lead and develop a high‑performing VAS team. Provide coaching, set clear priorities, build solution expertise, and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. Qualifications 12+ years’ experience in payments, fintech, digital commerce, merchant acquiring, or related fields Strong expertise in digital payments solutions—acceptance, loyalty, fraud, identity, data‑driven services Proven track record in commercialization, client engagement, and revenue growth Ability to lead in a matrixed environment and influence senior internal and external stakeholders Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline and comfort operating in fast‑paced, high‑complexity markets Excellent communication skills and passion for shaping the future of digital payments in the Philippines Additional Information Visa is an EEO Employer.
