  • Management of the conception, implementation and publication of RWE studies, secondary data analyses (including statutory health insurance routine data) and health economic modeling to safeguard benefit assessment and pricing strategy.
  • Close coordination with biostatistics, medicine, clinical development and global HEOR functions to ensure the early integration of HTA requirements into study and endpoint designs.
  • Professional preparation and support of the consultation procedures with IQWiG and G-BA, as well as support during oral hearings.
  • Monitoring of methodological developments (IQWiG methodology paper, G-BA rules of procedure, EU HTA regulation) and derivation of implications for the evidence strategy
  • Collaboration with Pricing and Reimbursement to provide evidence-based support for price negotiations and reimbursement amount arguments
  • Representation of the Value and Evidence division to management, European and global bodies, and external stakeholders (professional societies, scientific advisory boards, HTA networks)
  • Responsibility for budget planning and control of the Value and Evidence area, including external study and consulting budgets.

Education and experience

  • Successfully completed university or college degree (Master's preferred) in health economics, business administration, finance, mathematics or a comparable field of study
  • 5-8 years of professional experience in HTA, HEOR and/or RWE in a research-based pharmaceutical company, a specialized consultancy or research institution
  • Experience in managing employees
