Job Description Manages and supervises the Supply Chain Management org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs Designs and leads initiatives with regard to Supply Chain Management Takes Responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of Responsibility Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of Responsibility Manages and supervises multiple org units within Supply Chain Management Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth Functional accountability for Supply Chain Management on Production facility level Customer Demand Planning Procurement Warehouse Management Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related field. 5–10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Materials Management, Customer Service or Operations within the automotive industry. Experience working with OEMs and Tier 1 automotive customers. Strong understanding of customer-focused supply chain operations and production environments.
