About the role: The Head of Visual Communication is the strategic architect of a brand’s visual identity. The person will bridge the gap between high-level business goals and creative execution, ensuring that every image, video, and design choice tells a consistent and compelling story. Your Will be’s: • Head and manage work intake and overall design project assignment process. • Interpreting abstract business concepts and turning them into creative ideas. • Head and direct team providing key ideas, methods and brand positioning. • Developing strategic design plans with projected timelines. • Pitching ideas and the creative vision and communicating the project outline to the design team. • Choosing the design elements for different projects. • Overseeing the design projects, from start to finish, and monitoring the team members. • Analyzing market research to create more effective designs. The Ideal “Noisemaker”: • A minimum 15+ years of managerial or senior-level design experience. • Strong creativity skills and the vision to turn briefs into creative projects. • Excellent leadership, organization, and analytical skills. • Good collaboration and communication skills and education from a reputed Design College • Great time management and multitasking skills. • Ability to resolve complex design and communication issues. • Ability and experience of having led a team and deliver projects on timelines.
Responsibilities
The Head of Visual Communication will manage the design project assignment process and oversee design projects from start to finish. They will ensure that every design choice aligns with the brand's visual identity and business goals.
