Description

Key responsibilities will include:Acting as a key point of contact for an allocated portfolio of customers
Planning jobs in line with production schedules
Coordinating production requirements and monitoring short- and medium-term demand
Managing incoming and outgoing component supplies
Supporting effective stock control and identifying opportunities to improve stock efficiency
Maintaining strong communication across Production, Warehouse, Quality, Commercial and Finance
Supporting the wider Customer Services team with additional client and operational requirements

Skills & Knowledge:Proven experience within supply chain, customer service or a similar coordination role
Experience working alongside a fast-paced production environment
Strong Excel Knowledge
Confidence working with high volumes of numerical data
Experience using an ERP system; SAP experience
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A confident, thorough and collaborative approach
The ability to communicate professionally with customers and senior stakeholders
A proactive, flexible and solutions-focused attitude
