JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Warehouse Operations to lead and optimize these critical areas, ensuring seamless operations that align with our commitment to exceptional customer experiences.

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience: At least 10+ years in warehouse operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the luxury retail or multi-channel sales sector.
• Technical Expertise: Proven experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and automation tools.
• Leadership Skills: Strong track record in building and leading diverse teams across multiple locations.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to align warehouse operations with broader business objectives and anticipate future needs.
• Problem Solving: Excellent analytical skills to identify and resolve operational challenges effectively.
• Communication: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• IT Skills: including Warehouse Management (WMS) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field (MBA preferred).

• Oversee and manage warehouse operations across three locations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.

• Lead teams across the show team, dispatch, inventory, and goods-in functions to ensure seamless coordination and execution. Manage a growing team of supervisors, permanent and temporary operational staff (100+ plus).
  · Resource planning and man management in a labour-intensive environment. Seasonal activity leads to the labour force doubling, particularly during Christmas and January Sales.
