We are seeking a Senior Leader who will lead the Broker/Dealer and Investment Advisory Operations for our Client.
This is a highly visible role who will lead multiple teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (advanced degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in financial services operations, ideally within wealth management.
  • FINRA Licenses: Series 7, 66 and either 9/10 or 24 (required).
  • Demonstrated expertise in operational strategy, process optimization, and risk management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives
  • Must be bilingual Spanish and English

  • Lead and manage the firm’s operations and onboarding functions to ensure seamless client service and operational excellence.
  • Develop strategies, metrics, and best practices that optimize workflows, mitigate risk, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and implement innovative technologies and processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and scale services effectively.
  • Act as escalation point for operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders, including Financial Advisors, to deliver a superior client experience.
  • Oversee business continuity planning, talent management, and performance development across the operations team.
  • Champion a client-first culture, ensuring service excellence across all operational touchpoints.
