OFFICE LOCATION WITH HYBRID WORKING: HAMMERSMITH

The Head of Wireless Product Solutions will be responsible for building, leading and mentoring a cross-functional team including wireless engineers, technical architects, and delivery managers and fostering a high-performance culture with a focus on accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Own the development and evolution of the company’s wireless portfolio, from design to deployment
  • Collaborate with the product, marketing and commercial teams to define service offerings, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies
  • Lead strategic pre-sales activities including discovery sessions, solution scoping, and proposal development
  • Represent the wireless function in high-level engagements with executive stakeholders, clients, and partners
  • Lead and manage the bid process for large-scale, strategic opportunities, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to prepare responses to RFPs, RFQs, and other bid-related documents
  • Oversee standards for Wi-Fi design, survey methodology, installation, and documentation—driving consistency and excellence across the team
  • Stay ahead of wireless trends, standards, and technologies (e.g., Wi-Fi 6/6E/7, private 5G, location-based services)
