Role purpose The Head of Workday Administration will play a key role in the day-to-day administration and support of Workday in Frencken environment. This role leads a team to support the global HR functions on business process improvements and elevate the user experience on Workday. You will be part of a highly collaborative HRIS team, serving as the lead and subject matter expert on Workday support, particularly on core HCM module experience, working closely with the respective HR stakeholders worldwide to ensure smooth operations and ongoing optimization of the platform. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary administrator for Workday, especially on Core HCM module, supporting system configuration, business processes, security, and data. Collaborate with external consultant in driving improvements and efficiency on applicable areas in Workday. Develop the team through transfer of knowledge and best-practice. Building the right support structure with compatible talents. Put in place a process to manage the operation efficiently with recurring operational report to the stakeholders. Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular troubleshooting, mass updates, and audits. Support the implementation of new features and Workday releases to minimize any disruption to operations and streamline adoption. Document system changes and oversee SOPs updates, where applicable. Provide the appropriate support for issues escalated by superusers or HR teams. Support the rollout of new functionality or Workday modules as part of Frencken’s HR roadmap, where applicable. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 5 years hands-on Workday HCM module experience required. Experience in managing or supporting tickets relating to Workday. Solid understanding of Workday business processes, configuration, security, and core data objects. Experience with Workday integrations and/or reporting tools such as calculated fields or dashboarding is a must. Proven experience supporting global or regional HR operations in a matrix environment. Familiar with other Workday modules such as Compensation, Advance Compensation, Absence, Expense, Recruiting, Learning, or Time Tracking is a advantage. Key competencies Strong problem-solving mindset with a continuous improvement orientation. Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work across cultures and time zones. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and operating in a fast-moving environment. High attention to detail. Strong commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.
