Join Nine as our Head of Workplace Relations and lead a vital team delivering seamless, impactful P&C support to our leaders.
You’ll oversee manager advisory and safety, employee relations, and the application of industrial relations, ensuring our services are user-friendly, effective, and person-centred. This role is key to optimising people solutions and fostering a compliant, positive workplace.

DAY TO DAY YOU WILL:

• Lead and mentor the Manager Advisory team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring consistent HR support.
• Provide expert advice and coaching to leaders on diverse employee matters, acting as a trusted point of contact for complex situations.
• Oversee employee and industrial relations, ensuring compliance, managing complex cases, and leading enterprise agreement negotiations.
• Ensure consistent application of policies and legal compliance, developing accessible resources for leaders.
• Guide leaders in effective performance management, promoting continuous feedback and development.
• Utilise data and insights to identify trends, inform P&C strategy, and drive continuous improvement in services and policies.
• Advocate for cultural transformation and collaborate across P&C functions to deliver seamless service, leveraging HR technology for an enhanced manager experience.
