The Workplace Technology team defines and owns the long-term vision and strategy for UniSuper’s workplace technology capabilities, ensuring it aligns to organisational objectives. The role The Head of Workplace Technology sets the strategic direction, vision and overall performance of the Workplace Technology function, spanning employee technology experience, internal IT applications, service desk and service delivery. As a senior leader within Technology & Delivery, you will influence at executive level and provide governance and stewardship to ensure services are sustainable, compliant and future focused. Key responsibilities include: * Shaping and leading the Workplace Technology strategy aligned to organisational objectives. * Championing change and building a culture of accountability, performance and continuous improvement. * Being accountable for workplace technology service delivery outcomes and employee experience. * Establishing and maintaining governance for performance, risk and compliance. * Leading strategic vendor and managed service provider relationships. * Acting as an escalation point for significant workplace technology risks and issues.   About you You are an experienced senior technology leader who enjoys setting direction, making considered decisions and enabling leaders and teams to deliver meaningful outcomes. You balance strategic intent with operational execution and thrive in complex, regulated environments. You will bring: * Extensive experience leading Workplace Technology, Digital Workplace or IT Service functions. * Demonstrated ability to set and govern strategy at scale. * Experience leading leaders and navigating complex, multi vendor operating models. * Strong executive level stakeholder engagement and influencing skills. * A collaborative, inclusive leadership style aligned to organisational values. * Experience managing budgets, forecasting and cost optimisation.   What We Offer UniSuper believes that the best way to achieve great things is when we come together and collaborate.
