We are seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Chef/s to join our team at our NEW French-themed patisserie. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who excels in creating exquisite pastries and desserts that reflect the artistry of French baking In a BRAND NEW kitchen!
Key responsibilities include
- Craft a variety of traditional French pastries, including croissants, éclairs, tarts, and macarons.
- Collaborate with our team to develop innovative menus.
- Ensure high standards of quality, PRESENTATION, and TASTE in all baked goods.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of French pastry techniques.
- Familiarity with fringe baking methods and a willingness to experiment with flavors and textures.
- Passion for baking and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
