Develop, execute and manage products and solutions for Payments Responsible to strategise Payment products proposition, value add, customers acquisition and retention as well as business financial driven KPI Bring to market new products/value propositions, grow market share and managing profitability with set a clear KPIs (to align with department’s business strategy & KPI and support overall division’s franchise goals). Establish, formulate and execute Payments product business strategy by focusing on products and services optimization to be more effective & efficient. Ensure products are developed, rolled out are implemented effectively to its targeted customers based on insights, market scanning, knowledge of competitive and industry trends, best practices, and that timelines, targets and budgets are achieved. Oversee product management deliverables which covers product & go-to-market strategy, product utilization, profitability etc. Foster closer collaboration with BUs and business development to deliver financial results. Review the cash products/offering/services and its supporting system & units / processes periodically to support the growth of the business within the Group. Implement strategies and changes (if needed) to accommodate to the market change and business growth. Responsible for all the compliance and regulation requirements, market share and competitor analysis, continuous product review and improvement
