Description

NOW HIRING: Personal Training Head Coach up to $70,000.
HIGHLIGHTS: We are seeking a highly motivated leader with engaging interpersonal skills to deliver client-centric and sales-driven results to take on the role of Head Coach at the BRAND NEW Alloy Personal Training studio in Katy, TX.
OTHER OPPORTUNITIES AT THIS STUDIO: We also have Part-Time Coach positions available. Flexible schedule available.
COMPENSATION: $50,000 base salary with potential earnings up to $70,000 or more.

CORE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 years of management and fitness sales experience preferred
  • Must hold a nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM,ACSM, NSCA, CSCS, ISSA, NCCPT, NCSF, ACE, etc. OR a BA in Kinesiology or Exercise Science)
  • Experience in a stand-alone, high-end fitness club highly preferred
  • Experience in pre-sales or other applicable fitness sales
  • Leadership and development of a fitness training team of 2 or more individuals
  • Desire to help others achieve their health and wellness goals
  • Proficient consultation skills
  • Proven leadership ability in an educational, fitness or professional setting
  • Ability to coach, train, motivate and evaluate staff
  • Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Morning, evening and weekend hours are required

Responsibilities
  • Reviewing Weekly Workouts and Discussing Progressions and ensuring all Trainers / Coaches understand movements
  • Maintaining updates on Client risks / injuries / and success stories and communicating with the team
  • Leading the weekly Coaches Meeting
  • Vital role in creating an Alloy community where we are “Stronger Together” working close with the Director of Training (General Manager)
  • Deliver premium client engagement: In-Body assessments, goal setting, relationship based client model to build an Alloy community of support and accountability
  • Prioritize goals and objectives in order to develop members and other coaches
  • Communicate regularly with the Director of Training and team members.
  • Attend weekly team meetings.
  • Demonstrates grit and perseverance: Shows a strong determination to overcome challenges and consistently pursues long-term goals with resilience and tenacity.
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Other duties as assigned
