We’re looking for an experienced and energetic Head Pro/Operations Manager to oversee operations and programming at our premier pickleball facility. Jersey Pickleball Club is a premier pickleball destination committed to growing the sport and building a vibrant community. Our inaugural facility is located at the renowned Bell Works facility in Holmdel, NJ. Bell Works is a unique hub for business and culture, featuring a thriving ecosystem of technology, traditional offices, retail, dining, hospitality, and entertainment. Our club is one of the newest additions to this historic building. We offer top-tier courts, exciting events, and a welcoming atmosphere. We’re seeking a strategic and energetic Head Pro/Operations Manager to lead operations, elevate member experience, and drive growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a pickleball or tennis professional (certification required)
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Business acumen and experience managing staff or a facility is a plus
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

    Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all aspects of facility operations, including scheduling, staffing, and maintenance
  • Develop and run engaging pickleball programs, clinics, leagues, and tournaments
  • Provide private and group instruction to players of all skill levels
  • Coordinate clinics, lesson schedules with other staff instructors
  • Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and fun environment for members and guests
  • Collaborate with marketing and membership teams to grow participation
  • Manage pro shop inventory and sales
