Description

Primary Purpose of the Job Lead a team of the Project Services staff to provide Cost Management, Budget Control, Planning and scheduling, Contracts, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Document Control, Project Reporting and general administrative services with focus on the successful MM EPIC Project execution on time, within budget and in accordance with the project requirements. Required Experience and Skills • Minimum 18 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas Industry with an IOC, EPIC Contractor or Oil & Gas Company in major projects implementation, of which a minimum of 8 years in the position of Head/Lead Project Control Engineer with Engineering Design Consultant or EPIC Contractor in Oil & Gas Industry. • Hands on experience with planning and scheduling software packages such as Primavera P6, P6 Analytics, Primavera Risk Analysis, MS Project, MS Office and SAP. • Experienced in the implementation of industry best practices and Company's systems, processes and standards. • Experienced in supporting development of project execution strategies, engineering and project management processes and project execution plans. • Familiar with activities and tasks related to engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, commissioning and start-up of offshore Oil & Gas major projects. • Extensive skills in management, effective communication, conflict resolution and presentation ability. Educational Qualifications B.Sc. in an Engineering discipline from a recognized University; higher degree would be advantageous. Membership of a recognized professional engineering association/institution. PMP certification would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of project services staff to manage cost, budget, planning, and procurement for major offshore oil and gas projects. Ensure project execution remains on time, within budget, and compliant with all project requirements.
