Position Summary The Head Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for our facility and plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, organized, and secure environment. This position oversees front desk operations, supports administrative functions, and ensures exceptional customer service for residents, families, visitors, and staff. This position is Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm. Proficiency in the use of general office equipment and working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel are required. Must be organized, confident in handling complex situations, flexible and able to maintain strict confidentiality. Attention to detail, good communication both writing and verbal, ability to multi-task and critical thinking skills are essential. Requires proficiency in spoken and written English. Ability to understand and respond to residents’ needs and inquiries in English is required. Ability to effectively understand and communicate verbally and in writing, in English, is required.
