Reports to: General Manager

Ingrebourne Links Golf & Country Club opened in June 2017, bringing with it outstanding Golf, Dining, Function and Health & Fitness facilities.
The club comprises of 18-holes of golf, a state-of-the-art gym, dance studio, dedicated spin studio, luxurious locker rooms, Brasserie and stunning function facilities. Members and Non-Members are also able to enjoy daily dining in the Brasserie and make use of the conference and banqueting suite for private hire
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Head Receptionist / Operations Manager plays a central role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the golf and fitness club. This individual oversees front-of-house reception services and coordinates operational activities across departments. They will serve as the first point of contact for members and guests, ensuring an exceptional standard of customer service while supporting the General Manager in operational planning and staff coordination.
