The Royal Crescent Hotel and Spa is looking to recruit a full time Head Receptionist for their award winning Spa. The ideal candidate must be able to deliver excellent customer service and be confident in their approach. If you would like to work in an hotel which is renowned for its quality of service, style and modern elegance and to be part of a fun and busy team, then we would like to hear from you.

The role will include:

  • answering telephone calls and emails
  • scheduling bookings for guests
  • greeting guests and members to the spa
  • managing membership of the spa and liaising with members
  • Upselling treatments and managing the bookings diary
  • Upselling spa retail items
