The ideal candidate must be able to deliver excellent customer service and be confident in their approach. The role will include:

• answering telephone calls and emails
• scheduling bookings for guests
• greeting guests and members to the spa
• managing membership of the spa and liaising with members
• Upselling treatments and managing the bookings diary
• Upselling spa retail items
