Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head / Senior Manager – Digital Marketing, PR & Brand Growth and this role is responsible for owning company's branding, digital marketing, PR, media coordination, and event visibility. The mandate is to strengthen brand recall, generate qualified leads, and position the organization as a thought leader in healthcare and infrastructure consulting. Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy & Positioning - Develop and execute integrated brand strategy across digital platforms, media,etc. - Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all external touchpoints. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation - Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta. - Drive high-quality B2B lead generation and track ROI. Website, SEO & Content - Own website performance, SEO, landing pages, and content strategy. - Translate consulting work into case studies, blogs, and thought leadership. Media Coordination & PR - Act as single point of contact for magazines, journals, and media houses. - Coordinate articles, interviews, press releases, and external PR agencies. Events & External Visibility - Coordinate IV’s participation in conferences, exhibitions, and conclaves. - Manage branding collaterals and pre/post event visibility. Reporting & Analytics - Track digital, media, and event performance. - Present dashboards and insights to leadership. Required Skills: 7–12+ years of experience in digital marketing, branding, PR, and events. Experience in consulting, healthcare, or professional services preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
