REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality sector.
  • Strong culinary skills with a solid understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
  • Previous experience in food safety management is essential.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of successful team management.
  • Knowledge of hospitality best practices and customer service excellence.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by business needs.
