Head Waiter / Waitress / Head Server who has experience leading a front-of-house team of waiting staff with the ability to train junior team members and ensure the team provide a first-class customer experience is required for a well-established Italian Restaurant based in Richmond, South-West London.
SALARY: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum / £17 - £18 per Hour + Tips + Benefits

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience as a Head Waiter / Waitress or Senior Waiter / Waitress
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A passion for great food and customer service
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
  • Fluent English (Italian language skills are a plus)
  • A commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high standards at all times
