As Head Sommelier, you will lead the wine programme across Grace & Savour’s tasting menu experience, working in close collaboration with our Chef Director and Restaurant Manager. You will be the curator of our wine list—focused on sustainable, low-intervention producers—and ensure every pairing enhances the culinary narrative of our tasting menus.
This is a hands-on role for someone deeply passionate about wine, excited to educate both guests and team members, and eager to bring innovation, knowledge, and warmth to the experience.

HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A SOMMELIER/ HEAD SOMMELIER IN A SIMILAR ENVIRONMENT.

Have a passion for fine food and wine and be curious to learn more
A team player with a strong work ethic and good communication skills
Energetic positive and punctual with an excellent eye for detail
Deep knowledge of wine regions, grape varieties, vintages, and production methods
Ability to upsell and recommend wines to maximize revenue
