We’re looking for a Head Chef and a Sous Chef to lead and grow our kitchen operation — chefs who live for the buzz of a busy service, take pride in every plate, and aren’t afraid to do things differently.

Responsibilities

These are hands-on leadership roles. You’ll be working the pass, leading the team, and setting the standard, every single day.
You’ll be fully responsible for:
Planning, costing, speccing, tasting, demoing, and delivering menus that punch above their weight.
Running the kitchen with discipline, energy, and passion — from daily prep to full-throttle service.
Recruiting, training, and building a team who care deeply about the food they serve.
Managing stock, costings, compliance, and kitchen systems with precision.
Upholding the highest standards of food hygiene and safety — leading by example.
