ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Sous Chef and Head Chefs to join our family of hospitality venues Roy Hammond, Grainery Lane, Aunty Jacks and Hop Temple in Ballarat, Victoria. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading a talented culinary team and overseeing the kitchen operations to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
