JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Styling Beautician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in hair styling and customer service, ensuring that each client receives exceptional care and attention. As a Beautician, you will be responsible for providing a range of beauty services while creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for clients.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices in accordance with industry standards.
• Strong upselling abilities and experience in retail sales within the beauty industry is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

• hair wash/styling: 1 year (required)

• Provide high-quality hair styling services for our head spa (hair wash and blowout) in our full service spa. This role does NOT include cutting or coloring.
• Makeup or other salon/spa capabilities an asset
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools to ensure a safe environment for clients.
• Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer personalized recommendations.
• Upsell beauty products and services to enhance the client experience and contribute to retail sales goals.
• Handle front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing payments.
• Foster strong communication with clients to build lasting relationships and encourage repeat visits.
