We are currently looking for a Head Spa Therapist to join our team at Devona Spa in Hilton Teca Aberdeen. It is an exciting time to join the team as we have recently been voted one of the top 10 spas in Scotland.
Devona Spa is part of the Hilton Aberdeen Teca sitting next to the P&J live arena, working with exclusive and luxury products.
The ideal candidate will have a calm demeanour with a special interest in treatments and wellbeing, will always be professional and well-groomed, a team player with the ability to work within a 5-star environment.

SKILLS

· Minimum of 2 years’ experience within the Spa industry is required
· Spa therapy qualification is required (NVQ, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ITEC or equivalent)
· Excellent customer service and communication skills
· Great attention to detail
· A good level of numeracy and literacy is required
· Efficient, organised and motivated
· Enthusiastic, passionate and willingness to learn
· The ability to deliver an exceptional spa experience, going beyond the guest’s expectations

· Work closely with the Spa & Health Club Manager & Assistant Manager to lead and develop the team
· Play an active role in delivering high standard spa treatments
· Maintain high levels of room and therapist standards
· Deliver in-house training - mentoring therapists in treatments and product sales
· Maximise treatment and retail sales - motivating therapists to achieve targets
· Management of stock control and orders
· Take on operational and reception duties when needed, assisting colleagues or other departments
· Take on the role of club manager when required
· Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
· Push the spa with social media and regular interactions online
