ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a Head Spa Therapist to provide various face and body treatments for clients and to support with the day to day running of all the Spa operations in line with current Spa and retail standards.
The Head Spa Therapist responsibilities will include delivering a variety of treatments and services and to be successful in this role, you should have experience with beauty therapies and good knowledge of skin and body care products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Head Spa Treatments: Performing a range of head spa treatments, including waxing techniques to remove facial and body hair, manicures and pedicures (Gel qualification would be good but not essential), facial and body massages, including hot stone and conduct skin analysis (face and body)
Spa Management: Overseeing daily operations, ensuring treatment rooms are clean and well-maintained, and managing spa inventory.
Team Leadership: Supervising and training spa therapists, ensuring they meet the required standards.
Guest Service: Providing excellent customer service, greeting guests, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience.
Product Knowledge: Educating clients on spa treatments, products, and at-home care.
Sales & Upselling: Identifying opportunities to upsell additional services and products.
Record Keeping: Maintaining detailed client records, including preferences, allergies, and treatment outcomes.
Communication & Collaboration: Collaborating with other spa staff to ensure smooth operations and guest experiences.
