This world-class resort is renowned for its exceptional wellness offerings and is seeking a passionate professional to lead the spa therapy team and ensure guests enjoy an unparalleled relaxation experience. As a Head Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for supervising daily spa operations, training therapists, and delivering treatments to the highest standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow your leadership career within one of the most exclusive luxury hospitality projects in the world. Key Responsibilities: Lead, train, and mentor the spa therapy team to maintain five-star service standards. Perform and oversee spa treatments, ensuring consistency and quality. Monitor guest satisfaction, resolve concerns, and enhance the overall spa experience. Collaborate with the Spa Supervisor/Manager to implement new treatments and promotions. Ensure all spa areas, equipment, and products are well-maintained and stocked. Previous experience as a Senior Spa Therapist, Head Spa Therapist, or similar leadership role in luxury resorts, hotels, or wellness centers. Professional certifications in massage, facials, and spa therapies. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Passion for wellness and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays. As per market standard
