We are now hiring a Teacher to join us in our mission of creating a warm and supportive environment where children and families can thrive.   What we offer: * $5,000 sign-on bonus payable in four installments ($1000 after completion of months 3, 6, 9 & $2000 after 1 year – external applicants only) * Paid time off, personal day and holidays * School year schedule including school breaks * Breakfast and lunch (served in the classroom as part of our family style meals) * Excellent compensation package that includes health, dental, vision and life insurance, retirement benefits and match, and Employee Assistance Program * Career growth and professional development opportunities with financial funding   Your role: * Partnering with families to develop child focused goals that meet individual needs * Planning, implementing and documenting a comprehensive child development program suitable for preschoolers. * Building positive and supportive relationships with children and families * Help coordinating the daily operations of the classroom   Qualifications:  * Have a CDA or Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood (preferred) or related coursework equivalent to a major relating to Early Childhood Education.  * Have experience working with children in a center-based setting; prior experience working with families preferred * Be willing to work flexible hours to meet families’ needs.  * Immunized against MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) and TDaP (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis).  * Must be able to pass a background check, to include DHHS and fingerprinting.
