EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar culinary role within the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety standards.
  • Fine dining experience is preferred, with an emphasis on high-quality presentation.
  • Demonstrated knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques.
  • Experience with menu planning and catering services is a plus.
  • Background in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is advantageous.
