Job Description Summary The role will lead a high‑performing global Talent Acquisition operations function and a dedicated Scouting Centre of Excellence (COE) that proactively maps critical talent markets, ensures diverse pipelines for strategic roles, and delivers an exceptional end‑to‑end hiring experience across Sandoz. The role sets TA strategy, standards, governance, technology, and analytics to meet business growth ambitions while optimizing cost, speed, and quality. Job Description Major accountabilities: TA Strategy & Workforce Planning – Define a global TA & Scouting strategy aligned to business priorities; partner with Finance, HRBPs, and leaders to translate workforce plans into sourcing strategies, SLAs, and capacity models. Scouting COE (Executive/Niche Talent) – Scale for proactive market mapping (exec, senior, scarce skills). Build talent intelligence, long‑list pipelines, succession slates, and readiness pools; maintain confidential pipelines. Employer Brand & Talent Marketing – Strengthen our employer value proposition and drive targeted campaigns. TA Operations & Governance – Standardize processes globally (requisition to offer), ensure robust selection practices, interviewing discipline, structured assessments, and candidate experience. Technology & Data - Own ATS governance and adoption; leverage automation and AI responsibly. Vendor & Partner Management – Optimize external search partnerships; negotiate terms, define success measures, and reduce agency dependency through internal capability and scouting pipelines. Capability Building & Leadership – Lead, coach, and develop TA & Scouting teams; establish role curricula, playbooks, and communities of practice; champion continuous improvement and change adoption. Key performance indicators: Time‑to‑accept and time‑to‑fill for strategic roles. Offer acceptance rate and candidate NPS Hiring Manager NPS and process adherence. Source mix and agency spend reduction Quality‑of‑hire Minimum Requirements: Work Experience: Extensive experience leading TA in complex, global, matrix organizations; proven track record building scouting/sourcing capability and delivering executive/niche talent pipelines; familiarity with pharma/life sciences talent markets strongly preferred. Technology: Deep ATS experience (e.g., Workday) and comfort with analytics/automation. Skills: Business Partnering. Change Management. Communication Skills. Human Resources (Hr). Leadership.
