MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS LEAD TEACHER:

  • Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s Degree or enrolled in a degree program leading to Early Childhood Education degree OR a Related field or CDA requiredOR
  • 5 years of experience working in a licensed childcare program, and enrolled in an ECE program.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with project-based learning and lesson planning
  • Associates, bachelor’s degree or part of a study plan for Early Childhood Education
  • 2 years plus experience working with children of any age

SKILLS:

As a Teacher, you will need to have excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues. You will also need strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple responsibilities. In addition, you will need to be adaptable and flexible, able to adjust your teaching style and approach to meet the needs of diverse learners ages and abilities
