WE’RE HIRING: HEAD TECHNICIAN (SPORTS MEDICINE)

Energy Equine & Synergy Equine are growing – and we’ve carved out a brand-new role to match our momentum. This role is not a corrective or gap-filling position. We have a strong team, and we’re looking for someone to align with us, lead with purpose, and help elevate our Sports Medicine department.

• Full-time, Mon–Fri (with flexibility as the position evolves)
• Must be able to travel to both Energy Equine (Airdrie) & Synergy Equine (Dewinton) weekly
• While not tied to a single veterinarian, this role requires a visible presence on the floor and a strong understanding of daily operations to support the entire Sports Medicine team
• Lead teams, oversee compliance, manage equipment, train new staff and provide leadership support
• Shape a new role created from growth – with real opportunity to make an impact
