Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead & Mentor: Manage and coach the teller team to excel in service, accuracy, and sales performance.
  • Deliver Outstanding Service: Oversee teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, etc.) ensuring positive, seamless member experiences.
  • Ensure Operational Accuracy: Maintain compliance, cash handling integrity, and timely processing of transactions.
  • Drive Sales & Referrals: Promote credit union products and services that meet member needs. Track teller sales/referrals to support team goals.
  • Train for Success: Mentor staff on fraud prevention, transaction accuracy, and member engagement.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent Floridacentral Credit Union in the branch and the community, fostering trust and financial empowerment.
