To learn more about PDCU go to our website at https://www.peopledrivencu.org Day to Day Duties and Responsibilities: As the Head Teller, you will provide service to People Driven Credit Union members ensuring that each member is served promptly and professionally. You will assist members with inquiries ranging from basic account questions to complex issues, serving as a teller when needed. The Head Teller is also responsible for smooth flow of teller lines and adequate window coverage, assisting Tellers/MSRs with questions, resolving more complex problems, and overseeing balancing. This position is responsible for confirming that all established policies and security procedures are followed. Requirements Previous experience as a teller/Member Service Representative is required. Previous leadership experience is preferred. Must be able to pass a background and drug screening.
Responsibilities
The Head Teller oversees the teller line, ensures adequate window coverage, and assists members with account inquiries and complex issues. They are also responsible for balancing operations and ensuring all staff follow established security and operational policies.
