Qualifications What You’ll Do Our Member Relationship Advisors advocate for a positive and meaningful customer and team member experience by overseeing the daily operations of the teller line. There is no list of products to sell – we strive to create long-lasting relationships by delivering valuable service to our members. What We Require One plus years of experience working in a financial institution to include some teller and/or customer service experience. Physical Demands Efforts This function requires moderate standing, walking and sitting. Will be sitting while performing computer data entry functions. Position does not involve climbing or crawling but may on occasion kneel/squat. Requires lifting and moderate carrying of items up to 25 pounds such as a banker’s box. Ability to operate normal office equipment such as, telephone, copy machine, fax, scanner, and computer.
