This role provides strategic oversight of project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and contractor performance to drive operational excellence across all phases of construction and commissioning. By ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing project execution strategies, and fostering collaboration with stakeholders, the role enhances project efficiency, mitigates risks, and upholds a zero-harm safety culture, contributing to the successful realization of organizational objectives.
