Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of Training, the Head Trainer will be responsible for supporting our faculty in ensuring the quality and consistent delivery of our national VET programs. The Head Trainer will achieve this through providing ongoing faculty support, observation of classes, providing quality and timely feedback to trainers and collaborating with other Head Trainers nationally on creating supporting professional development content for faculty and students.
The Head Trainer will also provide on-campus support for students and support academic management with a range of administrative tasks, such as conducting student completions and student progress meetings. The Head Trainer will also lead and support local events and student engagement initiatives aimed at creating a vibrant campus community and connection between students and our college. It is envisaged that these roles at each campus will form part of the core Greystone College faculty team, providing leadership and demonstration of our core values and missions within our wider community.
We deliver qualifications in Marketing, Leadership, Project Management, Business and AI.
