Area Responsibilities Leadership Manage team performance, training, scheduling, discipline, and evaluations. Operations Deliver water, wastewater, electricity, and gas services reliably and safely. Planning Oversee infrastructure planning, capital improvements, and project delivery. Maintenance Implement preventive and corrective maintenance; handle emergencies. Budgeting Develop and control departmental financial plans and capital budgets. Compliance Ensure regulatory adherence and report to regulatory agencies. Stakeholder Relations Engage with boards, public entities, and community for utilities matters.
