The Role This position offers the opportunity to establish a new girls' lacrosse program and instill a sense of purpose and drive for excellence through relationship-building. As we continue to invest in our athletic programs and capacity, we are seeking an experienced Girls Head Varsity Lacrosse Coach who will continue to cultivate a strong community and team. Strong candidates will have head coaching experience and/or experience in an independent school setting. Responsibilities Organize & communicate logistics (schedules, routines, uniforms, etc.) with Athletic Admin, students, and parents Monitor & support the academic progress of student-athletes Communicate proactively & build relationships with parents, players, faculty, & staff Participate in school meetings as needed Core Competencies Relationship-driven leader who can build high quality relationships of trust Coach and mentor who is focused on character development Responsive and inspiring communicator Proficiency in Google Suite, Mac/Apple OS, and messaging software (Slack) Requirements Personal girls lacrosse experience at the high school, club, or collegiate level Girls lacrosse coaching experience (preferred) Start Date | July 1, 2026 This job description is intended to describe the basic elements of the job and should not be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, efforts or working conditions associated with the job.
