THE ROLE:

As our Head Vet Nurse, you’ll play a key leadership role in the day-to-day coordination of the nursing team. You’ll work closely with the practice manager and vets to ensure smooth workflow, excellent patient outcomes, and a positive, motivated team environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leading and mentoring a team of nurses and trainees
• Rostering and workflow management
• Assisting in surgical, medical, and emergency nursing
• Maintaining high standards of patient care and infection control
• Stock management and equipment maintenance
• Supporting ongoing staff development and training
