Contextualize curriculum for regional needs, industry linkages, and mother-tongue delivery. Build Vocational Education Cell Establish systems and processes for effective delivery and monitoring. Drive mainstreaming of reimagined vocational education across schools. Position Udhyam as a thought leader in vocational-entrepreneurial integration. Program Enhancement & Innovation Identify gaps and emerging needs in vocational education. Expand curriculum components: financial literacy, digital skills, employability, entrepreneurship. Ensure exposure to vocations and trades through experiential projects and contextual learning. Use feedback and data for continuous improvement. Strategy, Scale & Impact Develop long-term strategy aligned with NEP 2020 and NCF-SE 2023. Scale across geographies and partner networks. Monitor impact rigorously, ensuring parity between academic and vocational streams and overcoming social hierarchies associated with vocational learning. Skills, Mindsets & Experience 15+ years in education, skilling, or development sectors. Strong strategic planning, execution, and stakeholder management skills.
