Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Middle School Head Volleyball Coach. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coaching our 6th grade volleyball team, helping them develop their skills and achieve their full potential. Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive volleyball program for the Middle School team Plan and lead daily practices and game-day strategies Provide individualized coaching and feedback to players to help them improve their skills Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes sportsmanship and teamwork Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school staff Ensure the safety and well-being of all players during practices and games Attend all team meetings, practices, and games If you are passionate about volleyball and have a desire to help young athletes develop their skills and achieve their goals, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Head Volleyball Coach. Requirements Requirements: Previous coaching experience, preferably at the middle school level. Strong knowledge of volleyball rules, strategies, and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire players. Ability to work collaboratively with the Head Coach and other members of the coaching staff. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
