We are looking for a professional and passionate Head Waiter to oversee the food and beverage service operations at our hotel apartment. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead a team effectively.
As Head Waiter, you will be responsible for supervising daily service operations, training staff, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and support the service team in the restaurant and dining areas.
• Ensure a high level of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage reservations, table arrangements, and service flow.
• Train and mentor new and existing service staff.
• Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and management team for smooth service operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards.
• Monitor stock levels of service items and assist in inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience of 3 years as a Head Waiter or Senior Waiter in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Positive attitude with a professional appearance.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Fluent English and basic Arabic; additional languages are a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,600.00 per month
