We are currently looking for a full-time talented, well-spoken and dynamic candidate to join our team as a Head Waiter /Head Waitress. T

The ideal Head Waiter / Head Waitress will:

• Have previous experience in a similar role within a restaurant environment
• Be responsible as a Station holder, mentoring new team members
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be guest-orientated at all times
• Understand Health and Safety legislation and implications and communicate effectively to team members
• Be highly motivated, proactive and an excellent team player
